We ship only within the continental U.S., on business days (Mon-Fri) from New Jersey. We will ship the same business day on any order in-stock, received and approved by 2:00 PM EST.

The shipping method for all purchases made online (via the shopping cart) will be UPS Ground.
The estimated delivery times via UPS Ground are as follows:

East Coast Shipments	Allow 1 to 3 days
West Coast Shipments	Allow 6 days
Everywhere in between	Allow 4 to 5 days

If you would prefer a different shipping method other than UPS Ground, such as "FedEx NextDay" or "USPS Priority", you must phone, fax, or email your order to us. We will then calculate the correct shipping charge for your "rush order".

At the time of shipment, a tracking number shall be generated. This number can be emailed, faxed or phoned to you. You may use this number to communicate directly with the carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) as to the whereabouts of your package en-route, at any time.

"Free Shipping" is valid on web orders only. BestGuitarBuys.com only ships to addresses on file with your credit card company.
And remember, NO SALES TAX (except for deliveries made in NJ).

Any items returned for a refund shall be paid, less the outbound amount (free shipping) incurred by Best Guitar Buys.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If package shows signs of external damage, refuse shipment.
Inspect and test your purchased items ASAP.
Defective or incorrect merchandise should be reported immediately.
Call our Toll Free number or email us help@bestguitarbuys.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for return.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns must contain a vaild RA#, or will be refused! BestGuitarBuys.com will pay all shipping charges for defective and/or incorrect merchandise.
