1. Describe your dissatisfaction with the item. Often, especially with "factory fresh"
merchandise, what may seem like a problem is usually something that our staff technicians
can remedy over the phone.
2. Not 100% satisfied with the particular item you received? You may request an identical replacement piece.
3. Didn't live up to your expectations? Request to exchange it for a different product.
4. No matter what ... you'll never be satisfied? Request a Refund!
NOTE: You will need to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us along with shipping instructions.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an RA#.
Sorry, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Any and all instruments and accessories that make contact with your (or anyone else's) mouth, inner ear, or nose. (microphones inclusive).
- Sheet music, books, and video tape.
- Drumheads, drumsticks, and cymbals.
- Cleaning supplies, care products, and rosin tubes.
- Instrument strings, guitar parts, and pickups.
- Clothing, reeds, and mouth-pieces.
All returned merchandise must include original packaging complete with warranty card and owner's manual.
Merchandise must show no signs of wear or abuse, otherwise the return may be refused or subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
In all cases, customer pays shipping charges on returned items.
However, if the merchandise you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a mistake on our part, BestGuitarBuys.com will pay for pickup and re-shipment of replacement item.
